Well we did canyoning today, slightly dodgy in a turkish kind of way, but great anyway. No broken bones reported so i suppose we can be thank islamic Fonzie for something...
We are leaving Olympos tonight on an overnight bus to Cappadocia...wicked!
Just a bit more info on the Gulet before we get on the hell bus from hell. Captain Snooze was called that because basically he slept all the time that he wasn't actually driving the boat. This amounted to around 20 hours. I asked a doctor on board, (orthapedic surgeon) if this was physically possible...he said no and that he should be dead. I suggested that he may be a zombie. He said yes, possibly. The Apprentice actually did all the work, and Jenks took all the credit.

Thing you notice driving through Turkey, all the women are out in the fields working. and you'll be trying to work out where the men are. Then you get to the next town and its all the men there and every one of them is sitting back in the local coffee shop sippin chai, and toking on a nargilay.culture, muslim style.
PS say g'day to Boony's turkish cousin over there (aka Mustafa Boon). u will spot him a mile away. BTW, doesn't speak a word of english.. (or maybe he'd had too many cans that morning not sure). but he does give good directions, tho it helps if you can speak turk
PPS speaking of nargilay, there's a quaint little den we visited whilst in cappadocia. here's a pic:

Also, should point out the guy that pete has his arm around that looks like an ex-con was actually not an ex-con.
